Our certifications

All of the raw milk processed in Saint Pol sur Ternoise is collected from farmers who follow the charter for good agricultural practices (www.charte-elevage.fr/en).

This charter outlines the identification, health and diet (feed traceability) of the cattle, animal welfare, the environment and the maintenance of milking and storage equipment. Through trade organization agreements, part of the raw milk price paid to members is based on quality criteria such as the absence of antibiotics, the protein content, the fat content, the somatic cell count and total plate count.

Our products are manufactured in accordance with international quality and food safety standards and comply with the various certifications we obtained.
